General admission tickets at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex start at $35 and are $50 (tax not included) for covered reserved seats. For the Jan. 10 opening day doubleheader at the ESPN sports complex featuring Bayer (Germany) vs. Santa Fe (Colombia) followed by Schalke (Germany) vs. the Strikers (US), the two-game package ranges from $48 for general admission and $65 (tax not included) for covered reserved seats. VIP packages ($250, tax included) at ESPN sports complex include covered sideline seating, a gift bag, food and beverages, a Disney character experience and access to the players’ entrance to the field.

Florida Cup has more than doubled in size, expanding from four to nine clubs in just its second year. New professional teams competing in this year’s Florida Cup include the Fort Lauderdale Strikers, Independiente Santa Fe from Colombia, Schalke 04 from Germany, SC Internacional, Atlético MG from Brazil and Shakhtar Donetsk from the Ukraine. Teams returning from last year include two-time FIFA World Champion SC Corinthians, four-time Brazilian Champion Fluminense FC and Champions League club Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

The tournament also will involve a panel discussion featuring club and league representatives discussing a variety of soccer-related topics, including youth development, sports marketing and global league structures, among other subjects.

The Florida Cup is one of several prestigious soccer events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, which is also the official preseason training home of AS Roma from Italy. Additionally, there are 11 soccer events that take place at the ESPN sports complex throughout the year. These include the Disney Soccer Showcase, the Disney Soccer Academy, the Disney Cup International, the Disney Memorial Day Soccer Shootout, the Disney 3v3 Soccer Championship, the Disney Pre-Season Soccer Kickoff and the Disney President’s Day Soccer Festival.
