Former New York Yankees pitcher Mariano Rivera and his family visited Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort on Thursday, June 7, 2018, where he met up with Goofy in his baseball best and posed for photos.  The 13-time Major League Baseball All-Star is no stranger to the Disney Parks, as Rivera spent many years in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., with the Yankees competing against the Atlanta Braves during spring training at Champion Stadium at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Rivera played 19 seasons in Major League Baseball and spent all of them with the Yankees. Rivera also won five World Series championships with New York and is MLB’s career leader in saves (652) and games finished (952).
