runDisney offers something for the whole family. While more challenging events like a marathon or half marathon headline each runDisney weekend, families can also participate in 5Ks, 10Ks, and health and fitness expos with character appearances, product demonstrations and official race merchandise.

runDisney is perfect for new and experienced runners. Runners tackling their first half or full marathon will find no required qualifying time, less pressure, and no judgment, while more experienced runners may find themselves up for the Dopey Challenge (48.6 miles in four consecutive days) or the Goofy Challenge (39.3 miles in two consecutive days) during each marathon weekend.

runDisney offers several opportunities for guests to experience yoga in Disney theme parks during Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend, runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend, Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend and Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend.

runDisney offers several virtual race options, including the runDisney Virtual Series (June 1-Aug. 31) and the runDisney Virtual 12Ks of Christmas (Dec. 1-31).

runDisney isn’t just about the races, it’s a lifestyle. runDisney provides tips for training and living a healthier lifestyle through the runDisney website (www.rundisney.com) and social media platforms. Participants can also access ideas and training pointers from official training consultant and former Olympic Marathon Runner Jeff Galloway, useful for beginners and elite runners alike.
