Old Spice Classic Tournament Tickets on Sale

Eight-team preseason tourney at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney during Thanksgiving Weekend. Games televised live on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Aug. 16, 2013) –Tickets for the 2013 Old Spice Classic scheduled for Nov. 28, 29 and Dec.1, are on sale. Single sessions (two games) are $20 and entire tournament tickets (12 games) are $100.

Tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster, at ticketmaster.com or by calling (407)-745-3000, and are also available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Box Office.

This year’s tournament field features Butler, LSU, Memphis, Purdue, Oklahoma State, Saint Joseph’s, Siena and Washington State. In an early pre-season ESPN Poll, both Oklahoma State and Memphis ranked in the Top 15. Five of this year’s teams reached the postseason last year, including Butler, Memphis and Oklahoma State, which each made it to the NCAA Tournament.

The eighth annual Old Spice Classic kicks off on Thanksgiving Day-with the first game scheduled for noon at the HP Field House at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The championship game is Sunday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m.

ESPN2 will broadcast six of the tournament games, including the first-round and championship games. ESPNU will carry four and ESPN and ESPN3 will each air one game.

Gonzaga defeated Memphis 81-67 to claim the 2012 title. The Bulldogs are the only team to win the tournament twice (2008), and join previous champions Dayton (2011), Notre Dame (2010), Florida State (2009), North Carolina State (2007) and Arkansas (2006).
